PUBLIC NOTICE INCREASES FOR WATER TARIFF AS FROM 01ST JULY 2025 TO 30TH JUNE 2026
Annual Tariff Increases for Water sales plus the monthly basic availability charges for both rotating and pre-paid water meters.

Please be informed that, effective from the above date, all residential and business properties utilizing pre-paid water meters will be expected to pay the basic availability charge. This charge will be redeemable with the first water token purchase of the month, which means the amount of the first monthly token purchase must be equal to or greater than the applicable charge listed below.
NB: All residential properties with a market value of R 100ย 000 or less and all registered indigent households are exempted from paying the basic availability charge.
