SDBIP Report: 1st Quarter Ending 30 September 2025
MFMA: SECTION 52 (D) โ SERVICE DELIVERY AND BUDGET IMPLEMENTATION PLAN (SDBIP) โ FIRST QUARTER
The 2025/2026 Service Delivery and Budget Implementation Plan (SDBIP) represents a delivery path set by Mangaung Metropolitan Municipality (MMM). The plan serves as a barometer for MMM performance reporting and sets the direction for management from 01 July 2025 to 30 June 2026. It consolidates all targets and efforts towards fulfilling the mandate of the City identified during the IDP analysis process, namely, the provision of basic services. The quarterly projections of performance indicators and targets have considered all city’s strategic development objectives both on projects/programmes and resources allocation. Therefore, there is a clear link between the strategic objectives, responsible departments as well as allocations. The SDBIP for 2025/2026 has identified 142 projects/programmes that will be implemented by the city.
