Corporate Services Head of Department David Nkaiseng convened with General Managers on Wednesday, May 16 to brief them on the interactions that the Mangaung Executive Management Team (EMT) recently had with the National Treasury (NT) in Pretoria, which was followed by a two day session in Mangaung with NT on 14-15 May.
