- Please note that the person to whom the permit is issued must always carry informal trade permit or able to present a trading permit whenever required to do so.
- All trading must be in accordance with the Municipal By-Law on Informal Trade, Gazetted, 19 July 2019.

OPPORTUNITY TO TRADE AT NATIONAL YOUTH DAY EVENT
16 & 17 June 2023 – Dr Molemela Stadium
The 2023 National Youth Day event will be commemorated at Dr Rantlai Molemela Stadium in Bloemfontein on Friday, 16 June 2023. Mangaung Metro Municipality, through the Economic & Rural Development directorate, invites interested traders to participate in th is event by exhibiting and selling food, beverages, and merchandise. Selected traders will be expected to comply with the MMM Informal Trading Bylaw, and necessary training will be provided.
Application forms are available on our website (mangaung.co.za) and at the SMME Unit, 9 Floor, Bram Fischer Building. Completed application forms must be submitted via email to SMME@mangaung.co.za
