Call for Applications: Audit and Performance Committee Members

CENTLEC is a Metropolitan Municipality entity established in terms of Section 86C of the Local Government: Municipal Systems Act 32 of 2000. The municipality as CENTLEC sole shareholder, seeks to appoint five (5) members of its Audit and Risk Committee. This appointment is for a period of three (3) years. The appointment will be supported by terms of reference and a contract. Applicants should be in possession of relevant degrees or equivalent qualifications at NQF Level 7 and above. Experience in membership of audit and/ or risk committees in the public sector will be an added advantage. The municipality reserves the right to or not to appoint. Remuneration will be paid with Treasury Regulations 20.2.2.
